Snowmen or No Snowmen, that is the question!

It's Funny Friday
by Prudence
Hi Guys, hope you are havin' a beary nice week.  Mom has stitched her last snowman (so she says), it's going to be a wall hanging and will be at our online craft show.
It looks like the theme will be snowmen, they're all over the place.  One on an old bed spring, on a salt shaker, even in an old rusted tin can.

Felt Painting

It's Funny Friday
by Prudence

Happy Friday Everybeary.

Mom is off to needle felting today and tomorrow, she is learning how to paint with fiber.  We don't know anything about this art form so I will have to wait until next week to explain what she is doing and show you what she is working on.

In the meantime here are the snowman table runners that she has just finished up.   Oops, I'm not suppose to show them yet, my bad. "Next week, fur sure, right Mom?"

Snow?  In June?  You bet - around here it's always snowing - at least in our heads.
Mom is working on a few table runners that she will offer and then one for our craft show in November.

Two almost completed, one to go.  Mom is taking a "few" orders and there will be 1 for sale at our craft show, after November 4 no orders before Christmas.  Price is $35. + shipping.

The Lion King

It's Funny Friday
by Prudence

Hi Guys

Last Sunday Mom saw The Lion King, I couldn't go but she came home and told me all about the amazing animals, and she best loved the giraffe, she said the actors looked uncomfortable the way they were bent over on the stilts.  She said it was a wonderful production and at the very beginning some of the "animals" paraded down the isles of the theater, the elephant was huge, it took 5-6 people to operate him.

See you next week, I think we will have a snowman table runner to show you.

Needle Felting

It's Funny Friday
by Prudence

Good Morning everybeary, I hope you are having a most bee-u-tee-ful beginning of the day.

Mom finished little Pig-Tunia and we just giggle when we look at her, it's not 'cause she is funny looking but just so darn cute. The class was for a flying pig but Mom wasn't crazy about that idea, but we did stay true to the class, this little baby has nubs on her back, they are where her wings will grow. What do you think?

Here is Mad Max from his Pumpkin Patch
This class was learning to do faces and eyes

This Is Bunny, Mom's first project, this class was learning about core, body parts and faces.

Thanks for dropping in, I'll see you next week.
